WORKSHOP 'New Zealand universities - opportunities for research collaborations and post-graduate studies'
Session Information
This workshop will introduce the New Zealand university research system with a view to identiying real opportunities for research collaborations and for international postgraduate students.
The audience will learn more about the New Zealand university research system, how we collaborate to solve global problems and how integral international postgraduate students are to our vibrant research community.
Attendees will have the opportunity to to meet in small groups with with each New Zealand represenative to discuss anything of particular interest to them.
There will also be handouts and reference material available to attendees.
Intended audience:
- University staff including senior management , international engagement, research management and academic
- All federal and state agencies interested in international education and research
- Prospective postgraduate students
