International offices usually accumulate data from their activities (e.g.: numbers of mobility, agreements and cooperation activities in general). This workshop intends to provide a simple way of better categorizing this data by using free apps for university from the Microsoft 365 Academic Suite.
The audience is expected to create a data source (a structured table with useful data) to store data from international cooperation activities and a user interface to include, edit and access the data in a friendly manner.
This categorization can speed up data recovery processes.
Additionally, the tools can make it simple to create a user interface so that workers can access, edit and create new data following specific parameters.
The tools provide a very low-code way of accomplishing that. Therefore, the need for specialized IT knowledge is minimum.
Intended audience: Staff from International Affairs Offices
Pre-requisites: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
